The dual Video Signal Processor (VSP) supports encoding and decoding of wide range of video standards and other extended image/video processing (e.g. image enhancement, scaling, graphic overlays, blending, etc.). With the presence of dual VSP, the ARM11 core can be free-up for other functions which can improve the overall system response and performance. |
